Energy levels...

Suffering from low energy levels or fatigue... the "cure" is to

decrease or limit activity. A "scattered" mind is an invitation for

constant fatigue -- one-pointedness raises available energy very high.

 

The experience here is that "proper diet and exercise" can increase

energy levels only as far as the focusing on diet & exercise

concentrates the mind on those subjects.

 

The "cure" -- "zero pointed" mind (no witness). i have yet to hear

of anyone complaining of fatigue or low energy in the deep sleep

state :-).
