Guest guest
Being right is important at a certain stage of the kundalini processing. Prior to kundalini, we want to be right because we ARE right and the other is wrong! During the kundalini process, it becomes a little different. We begin to understand everyone is right from their own perception. Once that understanding comes, we can easily allow the other to have their own view without interference from us. As understanding comes, we begin sharing with others what we've learned in various areas. Not many of us miss this wonderful opportunity to become a teacher. The problem arises when we begin to think of ourself only as the teacher. We begin to know it all. It doesn't matter what stage we are at, we are always -- all ways -- strengthening our own ideas as a student when we are teaching. Possibly, for another area of our life than the subject we are actually teaching. But always strengthening our own ideas in some way. An area that is out of balance for the moment. Teaching, with this knowledge, is nothing to be ashamed of -- admitting you are out of balance in a part of your life -- but rather a way to honor and help you along this most important pathway. And most importantly, to help another at the same time along their own path. We cannot teach another without being the student ourself. It is impossible. It is also possible to not truly understand this idea, therefore not reaping the benefits of our own teaching. When we share -- truly share as both teacher and student, we strengthen our own ideas. This is a lovely place to be. Being both student and teacher alike... sharing... helping one another grow and learn. Recognizing one person may be ahead of you in one particular area, and you may be ahead of them in another. Even while you are teaching what you've experienced that they haven't yet, you are still strengthening your ideas that will also work for another area of your life that is out of balance.... an idea that had not occurred to you. It reminds me of that joke about being in hell, sitting at the dinnertable with many, and the spoons are so long, you can't feed yourself. But in heaven, with the same spoons, we feed one another. As the kundalini works its way in our life, if our ego is strong willed, we move on to another stage. This is a tough one as the ego doesn't want to back down that easily without fighting. We eventually could.... it's a perfectly natural process.... become the Buddha himself, either through self-proclaimed recognition, and/or through others recognition of our enlightenment we tended to believe. This is not about our delusions of being Buddha or Jesus Christ. It's thinking we're *there*. Now we know more than the majority, including the 'so-called' sages and guru's' -- we become a sage to everyone. It doesn't matter what their belief or path is, or how far along they are, we know more than they do. This can be a very tricky stage. Because we have received so much knowledge, revelations, experiences, and possibly even illumination, we want to play devil's advocate. We want to teach them -- the sages - to kill us. Kill the Buddha. We think we are teaching them a thing or two. And why not? We are the Sage of the All Sages! The ego tightens its grip as the sage explains why they are doing what they do, to prove they are the Sage of the Sages that think they know it all. They actually think they are doing the world a favor by teaching the other sage to disembowel their Buddha. They do not recognize that the other sage already knows this. They do not recognize that this is merely a stage in the game, because they began to believe their own Buddhahood to be the One. They forgot at some point... and maybe never learned... they are always the student too... in every case. With this stage of the 'unrecognizable to ourself kundalini high' of Being Buddha, Divine, All There Is, we begin to know that this is who we truly are because we feel so divine, so blissful, so right. So comfortable, that it must be who we are. Many students may come. All are welcome. We discuss openly the miracles we've given and received, our profundity, our gifts, our divineness, to attract more students, or to merely impress upon others how wonderful we truly are. This particular stage can be *catching* to the unaware student that comes to us. We are so caught up in our own magnificence, we bring others with us. They begin to believe as we do. If we've hopefully learned enough to let them fly when they are ready, they go out into the world, thinking this is the norm. This is who they are. They are enlightened. Now. Here. They are no more enlightened than their teacher. They are merely caught up in another's kundalini processing. The more empathic students feel it the worst, and it can be difficult for them. When the student begins to believe it themself, the sage may, instead, cut them down, instead of letting them fly. It doesn't matter which. The student may go from teacher to teacher, until they finally begin to listen to their own internal teacher, or find a teacher that recognizes he is also a student always, and shows the steps to truly listening to their internal teacher. This is always helpful to both and cannot fail. If another person can cut through this armor the sage has built for himself -- if the sage is truly open-minded -- he will move on to the next stage. If not, he can stay in this stage for years and years. In this *high* wonderful place. It is an out-of-control state. It can be manic, hyper, charismatic to seekers and frustrating to those who have already been there. Frustrating because of the armor we can't break. The sage can be equally frustrated at the armor he cannot break in what he sees as 'so-called sages'. If the armor does get broken, we go on to the next stage. Killing our own Buddha. Becoming human again. Honoring ourselves. This can be a long process because of our own, or another's, brainwashing. It could be devastating, realizing we are not who we thought we were. Accepting our ordinariness can feel boring and 'just not right' as we get used to not being extraordinary, unlimited, and divine. It is perfectly normal at this stage to go back and forth for a while, until you come to accept yourself as a human, rather than divine. We begin turning our back on God -- that which we thought God was -- the high. It begins to filter into every area of our life, as we let go of our Buddhahood and become human. We no longer wish others to kill us first. We begin speaking our truth - not the Divine Truth, but our truth. We begin seeing where our heads are in the clouds in other areas of our life. We begin talking and sharing, as teachers and students alike, as we were meant to, instead of only teaching. We begin honoring others, without persistence, knowing they know who they are. We begin truly talking like a human being, instead of the divine being we thought we were. We accept what is, as is. As we see it. If it looks like a duck and swims like a duck, it is a duck. We do not doubt ourselves, although others may see it as so. We begin to embrace our own perception, regardless of how screwed up it may be, instead of the light divine, and know that within us lies the perfect knowing and that our fellow travelers will help us along. We will know who can help us and who can't. We begin knowing what is right for us. We begin embracing if what we see, hear, or say, doesn't feel right to us, it isn't right for us, and honor others the same right. We begin embracing that which does feel right for us. We begin honoring ourselves and truly honoring others for the first time in our lives. Not for who we want them to be, but for who they are. We begin truly loving ourselves. We begin understanding that we thought we had one foot in heaven and one foot on earth, but see now that only our heads were in the clouds, thinking it was heaven. Both feet were here all along. We begin understanding we are bringing heaven and earth together, and being neither, but being one. Us. Who we are. One. Not two. Not heaven. Not earth. Not divine nor human. No labels nor resumes. Just me. Nothing more, nothing less. With this stage, we begin to understand the true meaning of the heart center. Where we reside. And with this understanding, the tears will flow.
