Guest guest
Do You Recognize Yourself Do you hear the water as it slaps against the rocks. The silence of the early morning, in the forest glen.Do you feel the spring air upon your face. The dew upon your lips, as the sun creeps over the treetops. Do you see the eagle seeking for its morning meal. The small mouse, at your feet hiding in your shadow. Do you smell the flowers in their home, upon the dotted hill. The tree blossoms opening in the wonderous sun.Do you taste of the freedom offered you among nature's beauty. The freedom of knowing where you came from.Do you know the truth of your being. The truth of the depth of who you are.Do you recognize yourself:::::In the water the rocks the morning the glen the air the dew the sun the trees the eagle the mouse the flowers the beauty of natureThe freedom the freedom the freedom of truthThe truth the truth the truth of your beingDo you recognize yourself Being the truth of your freedomDo you recognize yourself.Lynette Fletchall © 2001 ***Lynette*** Heart to heart we meet with words, Apart we walk our ways Forever immortal Our stories told Enchantment From all our days.
