Guest guest
I can see now that there are two kinds of verbal expression...Words that either flow freely, unattached to anything at all as they spring forth from inherent wisdom............or the ones that come out attached to pieces of the past, unrecognized as such, but are tangled in the very reaction that they stem from. The latter is generally directed at someone and comes out in the form of spraying and splattering the bits and pieces of what is being purged, mixed with a form of resistance to the entire process by the thinking mind....... What an opportunity this world is with the interactions we have on a daily basis....to recognize the natural mechanism of homeostasis in process...and how smoothly it can run if not interfered with. Allowing the mind to rest in silence, which is written about over and over, is so very important and understandable in maintaining balance. Guest guest
Beautiful Norma, Same Stillness. Movement and Stillness are different forms of the same thing. Yes, as you say, there is a movement that is so orderly that it does not disturb natural Stillness. It is the movement of Love.
