Guest guest
Thanks so much for this James. I like the simplicity of your writing. May I forward this to an other forum? love eric. She asked... How long would this body survive without breathing? Inhale and hold the breath in... Do you see that you cannot accept the next breath until you give this one away? The she asked... Exhale all the stale air out and hold the breath out... Do you see that very soon the Intelligence of the bodymind insists that you allow the inhalation? And. You do not have to *take* it - what you do is open and fully accept it. ~~~ When I hold the breath - I lose the breath. The key to breathing is to give the exhalation away. The inhalation will naturally be deep because of the space made by fully giving the exhalation. I don't have to do anything about the inhalation other that be open and fully drink it in. Breath is Life. Life is Love. Breath flows when it is given away. Love is when it is given away. Please accept the gift of Love. It is there in your next breath. Guest guest
Thanks Eric, Please do forward it. This also gives me an opportunity to say, "Thank You" for the gifts that flow so abundantly through you. Your words tug my heart to gently 'open' 'open' and fully flower. Guest guest
Ahh, James, this is beautifull. Thank you. I will quote you next time I am translating a book on pranayama. With your permission, of course. Perhaps you should write one. Guest guest
Hi Liliana, Thank You. Yes. You have my permission to quote me. I feel that one who speaks a number of languages is blessed with windows of deeper understanding. When you do translation, I feel that you are using this blessing for the greatest good. Guest guest
Hi James, Thank you for your kind words. Yes, I consider it a blessing, it has given me an oportunity to meet many interesting people over the years, to look directly into the sources when neccesary or, not to look far, to be a member of this and other sanghas. As for translations, I think it is important that people have access to important texts when the need arises to turn to them. Love, Liliana nisarga111 wrote: > Hi Liliana, > > Thank You. > Yes.
