Hi Dan

that reminds me . . .

Then Jesus took his disciples up the mountain

and gathering them around him,

he taught them saying:

"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted.

Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.

Blessed are they which hunger and thirst after

righteousness, for they shall be filled.

Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of

God.

Blessed are they which suffer, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."

Then Simon Peter said,

"Do we have to write this down?"

And Andrew said,

"Are we going to have a test on this?"

Philip mumbled,

"I don't have any paper."

Bartholomew asked,

"Do we have to turn this in?"

John whined,

"The other disciples didn't have to learn this."

And Matthew asked,

"Can I go to the bathroom?"

Judas complained,

"What does this have to do with anything?"

And James said,

"I don't get it."

Then one of the Pharisees who was present

asked to see Jesus' lesson plan and inquired of him,

"Where are your theological imperatives

and long-term objectives in the cognitive domain?"

And Jesus wept.

did not know you were on this list, or are you just pinching us awake for a moment?

Jesus said: Split the atom and I am there. Some guy broke a rock up

and took it to the lab. Gave a whole long list of things that were

not there and called it science, some other guy made a religion of

this, and called it non-dualism. The congregation have been taking

notes ever since. Nothing like analysis to kill the living truth.

All paths go somewhere. No path goes nowhere. Paths, places, sights,

perceptions, and indeed all experiences arise from and exist in and

subside back into the Space of Awareness. Like waves rising are not

different than the ocean, all things arising from Awareness are of

the nature of Awareness. Awareness does not come and go but is always

Present. It is Home. Home is where the Heart Is. Jnanis know the Heart

to be the Finality of Eternal Being. A true devotee relishes in the

Truth of Self-Knowledge, spontaneously arising from within into It
