Guest guest
You watch the breath just as you watch everything else the body takes in or experiences, good flavors, bad flavors, deep breath, shallow breath, good reactions, bad reactions. They're always separate from that which passively keeps them in itself, but doesn't generate the impressions and which is the true person. That is always breathless. Guest guest
Hi Amanda, Yes. It is all Love. Love is the breathlessness of the ocean of consciousness out of which the waves of life arise and fall. That which comes from the ocean is of the nature of the ocean. It is surrounded and supported by the ocean. It returns to the ocean and there was never a time when it wasn't the ocean. The breathless ocean is the Stillness of Love - the wavelike Movement of the breath is the expression of Love. Love Itself includes and is greater than both.
