The idea that ideas can be divided into non-occluding ideas and occluding ideas is an idea that includes an "evaluator" who "comments about the truth-value of certain ideas" ... So, that idea may well be an occluding idea, in the sense that it may seem to support an ongoing "evaluator" --- if there is involved an attempt of energy to be invested in the continuity of the perspective, of the evaluator.
