Guest guest
Jan, I couldn't agree more. It is said that every object we see, every food we eat, every word we utter, every thought we think, has its own vibration that may be either uplifting or degrading, helpful or harmful. Watching TV means exposing oneself to a conglomerate of vibrations, very few of them those of Mother Teresa! Paramahansa Yogananda called TV "the pest of the household." Those kids had a simple life, weren't overfed and had to walk whenever they had to go somewhere. They were the most charming kids i ever met... Having observed many pets, i know that nature has no defense against man-made temptations, apart from suffering: the cat here for instance prefers smoked goat cheese over fresh liver... Hence for parents who do not want their kids to end up as fast food munching TV addicted couch potatoes, bringing up and education has to be demanding... Without lots of love, impossible.
