Lesson 9.

 

We awaken in this

fresh field,

in the breath of this moment.

Where God recreates us every instant.

 

This understanding cannot be understood.

For it is by knowing that we do not know,

that it arises.

Nothing grows old

in the light of this understanding.

We are reborn in this present

and tangible reality.

 

This moment is an ax

in the hand of Love.

Use it to cleave yourself

from past regrets.

 

You are not your history,

nor are you someone else's story.

Be like the lilies of the fields

weave nor sow dreams of past glories

or future fears.

Live in this immediate blossom.

 

When you were an infant

you had the power to see.

Time forgot you

and the way of seeing also.

Release this memory now

and live in wonder.

Lesson 10.

 

God looks through you.

You are not the lampshade,

You are the Light.

 

Somebody said - I think.

God says- I Am.

These words don't mean anything.

Unless God speaks them.

Unless God reads them.

Then they become the Word.

 

When you look at your thoughts,

you see the dust on the mirror.

They mean nothing.

There is no mirror.

The gap between, is the meaning.

No problem.

God wipes this nothing clean

each time you remember this.
