Guest guest
There was once a man who had fallen into a river and in order to avoid being swept away clawed his way in the middle of the ragging torrent to two razor sharp stones in the middle of the fastest part of the current where he suffered terribly. Many on both shores attempted to help the man by shouting instructions and advice, but the sounds of these well wishers were drowned out by the roar of the water. One day it was discovered that the man was gone, it was suposed that he let go and floated downsteam where the current was gentle and making either shore was simple. No one knows for sure in what way he met his destiny But from that time on, the stones in the middle of the river came to be known as the Horns of Dilema Hope and Fear. .. Volumes and volumes. Kundalini can be seen from many different perspectives. It can be considered the essential life energy and the massive power of the unconscious. It manifests physically through the gross and the subtle nervous system and can affect the body and the mind in many ways. font-weight:bold">People seek to awaken it through meditation, pranayama, mantras, etc as it leads to superconscious and visionary states and samadhi. Strong physical and psychological preparation is recommended in yogic traditions. font-weight:bold">In some people, it awakens spontaneously. Holly Barrett, a long-term member of the Sangha, is a psychologist and has written about her experience in the HS Magazine. Jill Eggers, a professor of art, has also spoken about how she awakened it without knowing anything about it. yes"> Paying attention to diet, exercise, life style become important for Shakti practitioners. font-weight:bold">Love to all font-weight:bold">Harsha yes"> mso-color-alt:windowtext">
