Guest guest
Hi Saloners, Satsanghers, Raters, Ranchers, Yearners and Seekers, Nondual guy Bob Rose has put out his new edition of The Inner Traveler, the newsletter of the Meditation Society of America,<http://www.meditationsociety.com/it66136/index.html>. While you're at it, join his active list at <meditationsocietyofamerica>. This is good for people getting into meditation, or who maybe want to give a hand to people involved in meditation. He does a beautiful job with his newsletter. You can just feel the care and love he puts into it. He seems to touch all bases, covering the theoretical, neat human interest stories, meditation and yoga methods, poetry, enlivening graphics. It's all there. The magazine is a vehicle for his work, which is teaching meditation to beginners and advanced people. He's a most patient, congenial, funny, smart guy. In case you live in the Philadelphia area, he's the guy to see. And he totally supports the views and ways of expression on these lists. He knows how to bring that to an audience that might not want the experience of the day to day goings on. In this new issue, there's an article by Dan Berkow, one by Michael Read, Bruce Morgen gets quoted. And even I managed to get an article published about meditation. In it I refer to my experience of seeing Adyashanti at Inner Directions, and talk about when I was a kid a little and stuff. I already know what my friend Kelly's gonna say next time I lose my cool. "You write articles for a meditation magazine and you get all upset because *." Jerry * = fill in some petty annoyance, like no parking nearby, gotta make an extra stop to buy something stupid, etc.
