Welcome back brother Antoine.

The wise say that in this tree of life, on most branches, the fruits are

generally bitter-sweet. The bitter comes with the sweet. However, two fruits

are said to be sweet only. Satsang and Meditation on the Self. Sangha

implies spiritual friendship and fellowship with likeminded people who have

the same aspiration, the same experience of unity in love. It is due to good

merits that one gains the company of sages. In a Sangha, we come to

understand the silent potency of amity and nonviolence held in

Self-Awareness. The silent love of the Heart is Universal and its Presence

is Satsangha.
