Guest guest
No Vicki, I am not a member of that list. i am stretching my limits of involvement with Harsha and NDS. Ramana lives in my heart though and I have a daily involvement with him. Your obvious love and devotion do me good to see. Much Love. Guest guest
Hi Alton:Thanks again. I sort of knew you were not being critical but since I work hard to craft the compositions I like people to know I don't just trace a photo. You seem to have an interest in art. This is my teachers website. He died some years ago but I was fortunate to be with him for many years. he was a real Impressionist. He had been painting for ten years when Monet died. The Henry Hensche Foundation This is a gallery that has some of his work.Wohlfarth Galleries, Provincetown Love Bobby G. Thanks for this, Bobby. Great paintings, can see where you got the eye! Hey, I expected to find you among those on the student's tribute page...ever consider sending them a photo of one of your works? Love, Glo

Henry was old line man kind. (macho and hard to get along with) His students idolized him as the savior of art. He had the power to pass color vision to others by painting a scene that I (for instance) could tell captured light. You look at what (the subject) he is working on and it looks ordinary but the painting is swimming in light. He worked with relationships instead of absolutes and no color was considered without its affect on the other colors. It is laborious but effective. He was bitter because Impressionism was passed by with the Modernist movement without its real tenets (relativism of color) becoming established in common usage. All that by way of saying the students are very jealous of their placement in the heirarchy and I don't care. I own six Hensche's and I am happy about that and the knowledge Henry loved me very much. Thanks for the thought. It has been wonderful for me to get my friends here at satsangh to respond so thoughtfully to my work. Love Bobby G.
