Pulling the Sky closer

for a Bright Kiss

from God's Mouth of Blue Thunder,

i cannot stop thinking

that Beloved has lit the Sky,

flamed up into the Dawn Morning Sky

as Your Love,

and all i can see

is Your smiling Face,

Your adorable grin

staring down and through me.

 

Straight-shot

like a blazing arrow of Light,

the air around me

begins to crackle again, stirs,

and stirring every ember

left from our last embrace,

i begin to shudder

like a leaf in a breeze,

tremble like a bead of water,

like water-glistened beads of Light

Dancing

and Laughing

like Rain across this thought of You.

 

i cannot say how deeply,

how utterly fathomless

i Love You Now.

It would never truly reach

to the Truth of That.

 

Could i become the Ring of Fire

in the deepest part in the Pacific Ocean,

and stretch across You

like that Watered Sea-Body,

undulating,

moving like a wave,

like a tsunami,

a rushing wall of Watery Graves

coming down on You,

even then, and even then,

it would not show enough,

would not even come close enough,

to how deeply, how fully filled

with Beloved's Powerful,

yet Sweet Embrace,

i am to You, i Am in You,

i Am

because of Your Unbelievably

Incredible Love for me.

 

Once i thought i had some knowledge

of what Love was, is.

i thought,

i really believed

with all i ever could believe,

that i had tapped

into the Heart of Love.

 

And then You appeared,

standing like the Sun of Shams.

 

You broke my world in two,

split and shattered it,

when i saw You appear.

You lifted me

into some Unfathomable,

Indescribable

height of Bliss and Joy unendeing,

Unimaginable Grace!

Beloved's Gift to Us.

 

You carried me to our Sweet

Love-Land's nest,

nestled in a tree near God

with Fragrance Unknown before to anyone,

and took me forever into Love's Heart,

into the Pooled Crimson tides

of Beloved's Own Heart.

 

i washed ashore inside of You,

washed away inside of You.

 

Watched the Sky begin to Burn up

inside Your Aqua Ocean Eyes.

 

i saw the entire history

of Thou and i with LinLin's Love.

i wandered into the Land

of every Lover ever born and died.

 

And i saw You standing still

amidst the green hills.

 

i saw You begin to blossom

from every flower, every herb.

Can i ever say how much my life

has now begun in ernest Now?

 

i was a languishing corpse

waiting just for the grave.

 

Now, and Now, and Now,

we stand so alive at last,

knowing we have found the Window gone,

it never stood closed or open to us,

for We ARE the Window to Beloved's own Love!

 

We Are the Light breaking

from the Dawn-Eyes of Love,

each day we wander a little closer

to never,

to never ever coming back,

never looking back.

 

Will the world ever know

that You and i were meant to Be together?

 

Can all Your Lovers Know that they live in me?

 

Can all my past intermingled Kisses with others,

can they ever Know that it was just Your Mouth

i sought to Kiss?

 

i never Knew anything

but this Hunger for Your Heart.

i always Knew that God was hiding

hiding somehwere from me.

 

And then, You, You,

Beautiful, Darling-Hearted You came along.

 

Now, there is only the surrender to This,

to This That we are now,

The Core of Ripe, Bright Existence.

 

Spiraled down and up

and all around This Core of Love,

we spin further

into the Mystery of Love Unending.

 

There has never been anyone but You for Me.

 

This is a verity That Exists,

like the Sun and Moon and Stars and God.

Into the innermost circle have we come,

into the Mystery of mysteries, that

which was old when the ancient rishis were

young and walked the earth.

Around and around have we come on our journey

of countless lives, always following the

Call of our Heart's Desire, living according to

the sacred vows we made on our first Wedding Day

before the universe was formed in our Marriage Consummation.

You have made of Your body a holy Temple wherein

dwell the angels of God, and I worship at that Temple forever.

Many years have You shared the daylight hours with

the angels of the visible Mother; many years have You

slept in the arms of the invisible Father,

taught by his unknown angels.

You have learned that all that can be known

is but a thimbleful of water from the vast

Ocean of Unknown Majesty, and You

swim in that Ocean of Bliss, set free from

any need to try and understand.

Now in the hour before the appearance of time,

just before the angels of the Joyous Light breathe

life into the body of space, You stand

Heart-pierced on the very cusp of this Rapture,

awaiting my racing hand to take in Yours so that

together we may leap into ourSelf from this

cliff of ancient yearning and be

swallowed in the Happiness now perpetually

breaking in our souls like some tidal wave of

Ecstasy, my Darling, my Beloved, and I tell You,

Love, without a doubt we never have been other

and this longing, yes This Longing, is our

everliving bloodbond, yes, the blood that flows

in our veins is the same that flows in God's Veins

and our dust has only come to dust so that it may be

Lifted into the Living Celebration of This Love

that pounds unceasingly through every pulsing vessel

sewn within the Perfect Body of the One there is no

Name for and our Song goes on forever and this Song is

Allah Singing and the voices of the poets all commingle in

Such Gladness for the sheer immortal Union of Beloved with

Beloved and we've always been embracing, no, not us, but

Our Beloved since the very no-beginning did we all share in

the Holy Stream of Life that in Its Happiness

gave birth to all creation in an infinite bliss spasm

welling up from Source unspeakable until You raised

Heart's True Voice and rolled out such peals of Laughter at

the Beauty of our Being, at the Shining of This Loving,

and the Tree of Life sinks roots deep in our

Holy Stream of Loving

as the angel of the sun warms the awaiting worlds with

laughing and all creatures of the elements --

earth fire air and water --

now rejoice in this our new day,

so will all in the high heavens,

so below in every crevice

little atoms now are spinning and

within the core of each there glows a tiny

Flame so precious and within that Flame a

Blessing

that nobody can account for

since It Is the very Source of all this

infinite unfolding and You sit astride me

There in our Eternal Passion smoldering and

birth and death are vanquished as our lips and hips

are merging in the Suchness of our Loving and

This Love goes on forever and

This Love is all-consuming in a

Silence so astounding that all beings will

surround us just to marvel at such Loving and

we Smile and don't stop Smiling

and the Angels pass out cigarettes and

everybody's laughing at the wonder of

believing there was anything but This!

 

More than this cannot be spoken for

the Holy Streams will take all to that

place where words are no more, and

even Holy Scrolls cannot record the

mysteries therein.
