Of course - take the material a spider's web is made of...

Or chitin - for instance nails are made of.

Chlorine-rich man-made compounds differ from that in the sense

that there (still) are few micro organisms who can binge on it,

but that will change... The same goes for polycyclic aromatic

compounds - nature takes time to adjust.
