Guest guest
yes"> font-weight:bold">Nirvikalpa Samadhi and Deep Sleep are essentially the same. The difference is this. In Nirvikalpa, individual consciousness enters the Heart Consciously and becomes (or Recognizes It Self as Sat-Chit-Ananda) and comes out Consciously ---- thus completing the full circuit Consciously. Consciousness is then seen to be fully unbroken and continuous and the identity of the essence of individual consciousness with that of Sat-Chit-Ananda becomes obvious. In the waking state “Sat” is apparent but Chit and Ananda are veiled to different degrees by the force of Maya. When Individual consciousness goes to deep sleep, it usually cannot retain awareness due to the force of Maya. Therefore, the apparent forgetfulness and the question, where was I? In Nirvikalpa, such a question, “Where was I”, Who am I, etc. do not arise. Consciousness Knows that Consciousness Was Where It Ever Is Eternally. Having swallowed up Space and Time, such questions cannot arise. That is called the Silence of the Heart. Its nature is that of Sat-Chit-Ananda. Fullness in all its Fullness.
