Guest guest
Greetings friends, in this still, and oh so bright morning dawn, and a happy how do you do, too. So, we were discussing things like guru and SRF, Adyashanti, the dear moment when we awaken and become aware of consciousness giving a great smile to this Happy Life we Are, This Love, and such as the story goes. But we picked up and open a page in a book, a book with the teachings of Sri Nisargadatta called "The Ultimate Medicine." Part of this story is while spending time watching the swans, two of them swimming up for peaches and apples, i picked up a feather, a fallen feather from those beautiful, beloved birds bodies' of white, weeping and laughing and waving hello to Life, to me, to Beloved the Beautiful Beauty, Unfolding as Ever-New Joy and infinite variations of Love's Face informing, delighting, giving it up for us, for you, for entirety of Being as this Life. But i digress like some Light-wounded moon giving to Be Love's Light Perpetually Flowing and Showing, and there's nowhere to be going, ain't ya just a'knowin' kind of digression. The thing is this: i put the feather in-between the pages of the book by Nisargadatta and thought with a sweet little smile in the mind, "oh boy, a new oracle will inform me and my Beloved for the sheer Delight of just That, and at the right moment." Opening the book the past evening, he read to me these words from Nisargadatta's fabulous and informed Voice: Maharaj -- Only this concept that you have about yourself, that is what decides. Whethter he be a big man, an important man, or a small man, whatever he decides, or thinks he decides, it is purely a concept. That is, the individual as an object thinks he can decide, but in fact no object can decide. If he does not understand, then the whole thing is conceptual. It is to be understood that the body-mind complex is merely an object, a phenomenon; and no phenomenon can act. So the concept is very much involved in your body-mind complex. You will never be able to grasp your true nature; for this, the center of perception must change. If that center of perception is a phenomenon, then whichever way you look, that looking is still from the center of the phenomenon. So unless that center of perceiving itself is changed to the Noumenon, you will never get an idea of your true nature. ---Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj ...So, my Dearest friends, this morning, this Moment of Wonder, what it is, It Is, and We have nothing to claim or announce or drill others like a troop of Nondualists giving NoShowofHands when asked, "Do You Love? Are you Love and without a care about nailing the definition down to our own idea of what is and what is not. What a concept of Mirth! What a Well-Honeyed Voice of Delight Laughing all the way to Nowhere and with No Path and with No Body going anyway! Ah, the word play and the word watching of Love making up funny little messages this morning for no reason other than the Deliciousness of Delighting in Words and Concepts claiming no Doer while doing just that, ah, Advaita, Advaitists, Nondualist dualing-dueling while saying they don't! Ya just gotta love it, eh? i so Love all you Beautiful Beings of One being my Love-lit Lark's eyes and singing trill into, yes right in Life's foray to Everywhere and Nowhere and what a fun crowd we all are, isn't it?
