Again just scanning messages on the web. Just a reminder that according to list

settings, all new members are on moderation for the first few posts. When I am

away as now, I get a little behind in my list responsibilities so please bear

with me if the posts from the new members are a day or so late. After it is

determined by the High Executive Council (HEC) that a new member is more or less

normal (yes, we are flexible), the person is taken off moderation.
