Guest guest
The Self is the only eternal being. That is eternal bliss. That is wisdom. Know that you are really the infinite pure being, the Self absolute. You are always the Self and nothing but the Self. When one's true nature is known then there is being without beginning and end. Simply being that which you always are and which you always have been, be the Self. Call it by any name, God, Self, the heart, or the seat of consciousness, it is all the same. The point to be grasped is this, that heart means the core of one's being, the center without which there is nothing whatever. Reality is at once being and consciousness. To know that is to be that in the heart, transcending thought. I am not the physical body nor senses, nor the mind nor the state of ignorance in sleep. When all the afore mentioned are rejected that which alone remains am "I". It is pure awareness, the Self which is existence - knowledge - bliss. 'I am that I am' which implies the metaphysical dictum that the proof of existence is existence itself. The scriptures proclaim 'that thou art'. Why not investigate what one really is, and abide thus? To simply contemplate "That I am, not this" is only want of mental strength. Really one is eternally that. That which is bliss is verily the Self. Bliss and the Self are one and identical. That alone is Real. That alone is the real truth. That is the heart.
