Hi Mazie.

"Immanuel" means exactly what your Ramana quote entails.

>>>>

God is immanent and formless.

He is pure being and pure consciousness.

Manifestations appears in Him and through His power,

but He is not its creator.

God never acts. He just is.

He has neither will nor desire.

Individuality is the illusion that we are not identical with God.

When the illusion is dispelled

what remains is God.

God, guru and the Self are identical. The guru is God in human

form and simultaneously he is also the Self in the heart of each

devotee.

God is.

God is within you.

God is always the first person.

The Self is God.

I am is God.

The absolute being is.

What is?

It is the Self.

It is God.

God and Self are synonymous for the immanent reality which is

discovered by Self-realisation.

Thus realisation of the Self is realisation of God. It is not an

experience of God, rather it is an understanding that one is God.

Knowing the Self, God is known. In fact God is none other than

the Self.

To see God is to be God.

There is no 'all' apart from God for Him to pervade it. He alone is.

God is always the first person, the 'I', ever standing before you.

Because of giving precedence to worldly things, God appears to

have receeded to the background.

If you give up all else and

seek Him alone,

He alone will remain as the 'I', the Self.

God does not reside in any place

other than the Heart. Be sure that the Heart is the Kingdom of

God.

LoveAlways,

Mazie

Awareness does not come and go but is always Present. It is Home. Home is

where the Heart Is. Jnanis know the Heart to be the Finality of Eternal

Being. A true devotee relishes in the Truth of Self-Knowledge, spontaneously

arising from within into It Self. Welcome all to a.

Hi again, Dearest Wim,

i seem to recall you posting a long time ago on "Immanuel", and i

found it fascinating then, too. And hey, Wim, it's great what you

wrote about the "child-bride" poem and the experience not being

something to deny or run away from for fear of not being "non-dual."

Cool, Wim, very cool...

"Non-dual" really means "all inclusive, no separation" No separate I or you,

or other.

"Non dual" also means no fear, as in fear there is always the "looming

other"

Love overcomes all that. There is abetter way to say that... but tonight I

will go to bed early.

So good to read your and bob's pieces

Even if I do not react consider me being swept along on your words of love's

celebration.

Ah... the samadhi of the love's intimacy,

Immersion in mutual tranquillity.

I wish I could say that better...

But you know exactly what I mean...

Love you, Wim

(greetings from Lynette)

......Yes, is it not so, and this is what i have thought all along. i

think non-dual includes everything, or rather, like Rumi has said, to

be an ordinary human being experiencing on all levels and seeing no

separation at all in this. Having no attachments to any of this, just

allowing what is to just be, as it arises it leads to inquiry and

inquiry leads to the resolution of whatever has arisen. i find that

whenever certain thoughts or 'feelings' about something that might

not be exactly what i consider to be how i would prefer to be

thinking or acting arise, i just let these things move where they

will and they always solve themselves by my not trying in any way to

lessen or diminish them by any struggle to change the fact that have

have come before me for a particular reason, namely that it is

something i needed to look at and recognize in myself. Often, more

often than not, if these things arise, such as if i found myself

feeling some form of angst over some silly occurence in my life, and

when this will arise in my thoughts, by 'watching' it, it leads to

its own conclusion by the simplest method of my not struggling or

fighting against it. It solves itself. And if it happens whereby it

has not solved itself as quickly as it usually does, if i fall asleep

it is always, always solved and dissipated when i awaken. It is

simply amazing how this seems to happen now. i bless these things

that present themselves for examination for they are so intriguing in

and of themselves, and then to see them just flow out and disappear

is amazing.

......Yes Dear Wim, no fear only this total trust in Love and what Is

As It Is Now. Love is the thing and Love is this Joy and Bliss even

while undergoing anything that might otherwise have appeared as

something less than desirable. Gosh, it is so fine and so fun and so

very interesting to see.

......Oh Sweetheart, it does please me to know that You are enjoying

the Love-Dance of my Beloved and i. We just are so taken by Love into

this OneHeart, and what a Happiness to express it in poem and song.

......Yes, Love's celebration is so very Beautiful, is it not? i am

always delighted whenever i read the Love poetry of others. i wonder,

where has our Dear Lynette disappeared off to? Is she writing her

lovely poetry still and singing about the Beloved and Love?

so...
