Guest guest
Dear David, Thanks for this update information. It just confirms my own conclusions on vitamin/mineral deficiencies in a lot of the population. I decided a few years back to be a vegetarian and eventually became vegan. I started having very severe problems with my feet and the doctors diagnosed it as peripheral neuropathy. There are very few reasons for having this and the only one that fit for me was a Vitamin B12 deficiency. Unfortunately, the doctor wasn't able to diagnose it quick enough for it to be reversed which can happen in some cases. Now I will have this problem for the rest of my life but I am coping well with it. When people have B12 deficiency they usually develop anemia first but I never got that. I have taken vitamin and mineral supplements for 25 years and I concluded that since I was getting enough folate that prevented me from becoming anemic but it didn't prevent me from developing the neuropathy. This was only my own thoughts and then I found an article which confirmed just that. The good news is that I had a bone density scan last week and I have the bone density of a 30 year old. I am actually 54, so 25 years of calcium has paid off. Love, Susie

Science has told us for decades we are deficient and additionally that obtaining nutrients in amounts not possible from food prevent degenerative disease. If nutrition has such a powerful influence on our bodies just think how much more so on our minds and well-being. Did you know this March big international, Pharmaceutical corporations succeeded in orchestrating the Europeon Parliment to effectively ban vitamins & nutrients in amounts that would otherwise prevent disease for all 380 million Europeans? > I decided a few years back to be a vegetarian and eventually became vegan. > I started having very severe problems with my feet and the doctors diagnosed > it as peripheral neuropathy.
