Wildly Waving

from the Sea of Being,

 

so Brightly Shines Your Light,

i go completely nuts, like it's Payday,

 

to Look into Your Face!

That Face of Grace has chased away

 

every idea of any other.

Free from anything,

 

any thing that seeks

to hold You down,

 

or up, or in or out,

or anywhere but Here,

 

Here in This Moment

Singing You into me,

 

and Sounding Out about

the thing of You being me,

 

We can truly say when saying

what Rumi said,

 

what That Mystery-Being Mevlana said,

Saying the saying said like this -

 

"Say i am You,"

 

that we share the Beautiful,

the Boundless Beautiful One's Touch together.

 

And we Are Healed

of the Idea-Wound of separation.

 

This world is the Shared Thought of Love

manifesting the Unmanifested One

 

through Light streaking as THIS!

A Moment In Your Soul

 

Stirred lazy into this cup of light

smoking will of the wisps

through a sleeping lions heart

I am unmade in my bed

and drift beyond any anchorage of time.

 

This time busting passing through

this love making of invisible hands

that un-pleats my twist of mortality

in the shimmer of your hem

in the harem of your fragrance;

It takes and gives of itself

as the thread of our desire to uncurl

into an infinite instant.

As a moment in your soul.

 

I am your iris in the suns eye.

The throb in your heart-felt longing

Just this light touch pulsing as your stillness,

and drawn into the wonder

of your vision of us.

My child self nursed

deep as a foundling in your well of peace.

 

This cup shatters into dancing starfish

and my lagoon is a red planet

that has been swallowed by a sea

so green that it seeds the universe

with sea-fronds of love.

Nothing moves but your own wave

racing away into silence.

 

When I return to this orphaned world,

I will begin to speak these words

as if I owned them.

But I will just be tracing

your beautiful face in the dust

for you to see how you look
