Guest guest
Our Love Song My love, where do you think you can go that does not contain the heart of me also? You are the scent of my flowering I the leaf upon your tree. What I am to you, you are to me. I am the book that you must write in the heart of the world as your soul. So many tears we have shed together in this house by the ocean of our bliss. Enough to make our own ocean. My love, is there a place where we can hold each other oblivious to this sadness of our parting? Somewhere where I can tell you how my blood has found a home in your flesh. How your flesh has become my life. And how this life we meet in, is the child we make together. Is there a harbor for our sundered boats that have drifted so far apart? Look into my eyes and smile my love. Do you see the sun behind the darkened moon? So long it seems we have waited in this eclipse for the dawn of recognition. Tell me, do you see the sun? My love, there is a place were all lovers meet. I shall not travel there without you. I shall be your sweetheart forever when we reach where the waves meet the shore. It is not a far journey we take together. It is not far for us. For a while, we mask our hearts with many faces. We seek the same lover in many forms. We walk awhile with hands clasping difference. Yet my love, can you not see the hand that has always carried your dreams as its own, and has never betrayed your trust? I am your love and you mine. My love, where do you think you can go that does not contain the heart of me also? This world is our love song. What I am to you, you are to me. love eric _________________
