In this instance "reality" meaning the actual true facts of the story, sans embellishments, even if said embellishments were artistically intended to draw attention to the concepts therein. Also, some might be a bit offended by the suggestion that poor Paliko, in her enlightened insights after being bombed would have glowingly remarked that "...the victims were part of God, the bombs were God, all were God," even if in some abstract reality this might be true, I would like better to hear her own interpretation of events and feelings. I think the poor girl must be both in shock, and grief stricken. One should not seek to obscure real suffering for the sake of making a philosophical point.
