Guest guest
I am a reckless swimmer always looking to drown in the heart. There are so many fine looking women on this beach of existence, but I want a woman I can live within like air lives within the sea. Like a fish breathing its own element I can only swim in the Beloved’s own breath. Lovers are moth wings burning for the light of themselves. I would be that light and that heat that consumes them. I have put Your flaming torch to my body by turning this water into fire by turning my atoms into prayer. I am a smoking gun listening for the sound a bullet makes when it strikes the sky. I am a fish in a Your net yet Your dart has speared me through and let the ocean in. I keep flapping upon the deck of this vessel opening my mouth for real air. I know that from this shell Venus Herself is born. In Her mercy the Beloved keeps throwing me back into the sea. And though I am wounded. And though I am losing my ability to swim in any other medium but love. She keep pushing my head under where my soul turns into invisible pearls. I dive after them as Her swimmer. love eric ___________________
