This is night.

This is fog in the marsh.

This is heavy dew.

 

This is the painting on the wall,three crows on a fence,

tall grass and a house.

This is candles at the door.

 

This is the boat at the shore,

old wood and tools,

wet socks and shoes,

two small hands to hold the oars.

 

This is a joke and a smoke,

lost minds and fools,

no fish and a wish.
