Verse 119 says "By meditating on the Guru, one becomes Brahman. There

is no doubt that one is liberated in pinda, pada, and rupa".

Then Parvati asks Shiva (Sankara) to explain what pinda, pada and rupa

are.

Verse 121: Shri Mahadeva said, "Pinda is Kundalini Shakti. Hamsa

(spontaneous repetition of Hamsa [i.e. a mantra that goes along with

breath...Ham inhale, Sa exhale] is pada. Know rupa to be the bindu,

Shiva says "They are undoubtedly liberated who are liberated in

rupatita (who experience the transcendental state beyond

form)"..

Verse 112 says "I always bow to the Guru, who is Sacchidananda, who

transcends all differences, who is eternal, perfect, without form,

and without attributes, and who is established in his own Self"

Verse 114: "Just as the image of a crystal is seen in a mirror, so

the bliss, which is Consciousness, is reflected in the Self and the

realization comes, "Indeed, I am That" .....G
