Guest guest
Climbing up through the manzanita, the madrone and the Digger pine, forging the swiftly flowing water of the Feather river, i found myself sitting, stoic, serene, straight-staring ahead, across the valley from the flat place on the bare granite face of Bald Rock Mountain. You were doing the same thing, always there is this sameness between You and i. Somehow, in some place you knew as Mount Baldy, You sat staring at a wall as i sat staring from a wall of stone, a solid, silent mountain. You were that mountain, and i entered Your Silence. i sat upon Your head: a wooden bowl begging Lovers to come. i sit in that bowl now, and Beloved, we are The Lover Coming Home forever, Forever in One another - Forever One Another. Oh God Darling! We Are Forever One! OneHeart, Remembered. One Remembrance One Member One We are so stoned out of our minds on This Love, a Love that lifts mountains, a Monumentally Mountainous Mystery, most mysterious and marvelous, This, This Love that Lives us. As the confluence of the Yuba river with the Feather river, we are lifting, Being lifted from this shore, rising like Being Alone rises in itSelf, poured out as this river-twisting, tongue-teasing roar of mountains, silent. You breathe a sigh of Desire into my mind, a very refined kind of Universal-Mind Wine - Divine drops of the Essence of the Presence, spill. More, more, give us more, we both weep out in such Sweet Tears and we Laugh out loud and call out clearly - Divine Wine-Bearer, Pour more, keep pouring 'til we are no more! There are sacred stones lying along holy streets in this neighborhood, calling us to come and commune with them. We come along in our come-on from God; we hear the mountain's mystic wind moving, breathing along these stone's secrets, moving through every shadowed pass, through every dark, quiet canyon, across every sparkling meadow, over every rolling field, under every rip-tide, inside each rising sea and thundering through every stormcloud, and Beloved, Beloved, we, Beloved, You and i are one of those secrets. Can a single, soft blade of tender grass spear into the heart of a massive granite stone? Oh Darling! Of course it can! i could tell You a secret, tell You the secret that You seek nothing. Seeing that we seek no one and no thing, let me hear You sigh again. Sigh like night into me, Breathe into me as Darkness Breathes ItSelf - Oh, Beloved...
