Guest guest
Watching the old woman weaving as she sat under the lean-to, the shuttle moving back and forth, back and forth, the design became more clearly seen with each new thread added. Warp and woof wove a new vision of what we are not. We are not the weaving being done. We are not the design on any fabric of time or space or anything. We are not the seed of the fibre needed to make all this appear before us. Before the cotton was in the ground, before the sky and sun appeared, before the planets and stellar systems, before the beginning, we were and are this, THIS. This living, breathing, thinking, this lifestream flowing, red blood beating in these veins, brain braying all its braggartry, we are not that. And yet we are. We are not even what we are. We are not even that. The old woman is still weaving, still in all her movements being made, and still, i walk on in silence, still. i walk on knowing nothing. Still i walk on knowing nothing. "You cannot find bliss in places and in periods of time. It must be permanent in order that it may be useful. It is your own being which is permanent. Be the Self and that is bliss. You are always that. Bliss is not added to your nature, it is merely revealed as your true natural state, eternal and imperishable. The only way to be rid of your grief is to know and be the Self. The fact is, you are ignorant of your blissful state. Ignorance supervenes and draws a veil over the pure Self which is bliss. What is bliss but your own being? You are not apart from being which is the same as bliss. You are now thinking that you are the mind or the body which are both changing and transient. But you are unchanging and eternal. That is what you should know. Bliss consists in not forgetting your being. It is also said to be the seat of Love. Love is bliss. Bliss is a state of unbroken happiness." ~Sri Ramana "In the city that has nine false gates, He resides in the form of bliss." ~Bhagavad-Gita LoveAlways, Mazie

The few that do may find they fall, and burn, and fall forever. We are here to learn something -- something about falling and burning. Clinging to swinging we fail to fall. Fearing falling we fail to learn. Through failure, perhaps we can learn something – something painful in longing to fall, and all that is fearful of falling. The longing to fall is a fire at heart, burning in falling in Love with this falling. Falling is dying of me into Thee, the lover into the Beloved. Such falling is finding the Fire of Love is consuming what still falls between Us. At the start it might seem I am burning for You, but this longing is only Your Longing for me, ablaze in the Fire of Falling. Fana is finally falling through both until Falling is only what's falling. Even the ashes at last fall away, burnt in the flame of Love's Longing.
