the mind flows, the mind is the heart is the hug

is the exchange of nothing between two lovers

who would neither exist if one was not

inseparably the beating captivation of the other

 

but you can't tell them this of course, mostly

since they wouldn't listen to any voice but their hearts

and if they knew, they'd say there's no point to love

 

and they'd be right, no point, no reason, just the flow

from mountaintop to bedrock, ocean mist and dreams

filled with whatever we fishes color the unseen sea

and just maybe the chance to see us

all fit together

in one piece
