I just saw on TV last night a show on genetics and how this tiny tiny letter or protein in a gene sequence can do something differently or not do what it normally does and the chain reaction can cause a degeneration of the brain and kill a child in no time flat... .....and so a scientist-philanthropist who's into doing things fast gets it into his head how to speed up the DNA reading and gets specially made complex machines that can read the DNA so fast! And all the scientist are gathered around this complex machine , that other people have made and it costs nearly half a million dollors and this is all in the hopes that maybe soon we can stop a defective gene in its tracks and save a kids life! And the machine doesn't work cause somewhere in this complex mechanism, there's a tiny part that's broken...
