Guest guest
On the morning of the 1st September 1896, Ramana got a ticket for four annas and reached Tiruvannamalai in an hour. The very sight of the towers of Arunachaleswara's Temple filled him with joy. With quick steps and a bounding heart he proceeded straight to the great Temple. The gates of the three hight compound walls and all the inner doors were open. There was not a soul beside him there. He marched straight to the inmost shrine. He stood a while there in ecstasy and then left the sanctuary. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ according to Narasimha Swami: Self Realization ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Attachment: (image/jpeg) Tiruvanamalai3.jpg [not stored]
