Can you elaborate more -- like what did the whole experience of being in a line kneeling all the time mean to you (beyond the armpit stuff, although that is no doubt impressive). I am still reflecting on what Jerry said about how he would get in line to hug Ammachi or someone and what it all means---and what it means to me. I thinking bowing to others and hugging others is a beautiful thing. I love to do that as well. Kneeling to others, when it has been institutionalized as a practice in a group, can be interpreted as a subtle form of violence, and I am not inclined towards such behaviors. On the other hand, I wish to be supportive of others who feel they would gain something from it. I just would not wish them to see themselves as somebody at a lesser level than the one they are kneeling to. So I am behind you Jerry (not in the line, I mean metaphorically). If you think something is worthwhile, I can certainly respect that. Lots of love Harsha ===== /join New DSL Internet Access from SBC & http://sbc.
