That way it wouldn't fill up the group messages and it could be downloaded for study as one file. But thanks for doing it anyway. John L. The text is generally attributed to Shankara, although with most such older texts, there is the likelihood of acretions and barnacles as it sailed down the ages. There are also certain obsolete cultural references, such as the anachronistic promotion of manhood to a higher form of human manifestation, as well as caste allusions, that can now be seen as a product of relative mind. Nevertheless, it can be studied, if one is so inclined, as a key source text for the Advaita School, and i recall that Ramana especialy was fond of recommending Shankara's contribution.
