Riding Shiva's Breath

Riding the waves of breathe's death

and dying into life so fully,

we leap and are cradled in the arms of Shiva.

 

Knowing only this moment when there is nothing,

nothing so empowering as knowing how

powerless we are to manipulate reality

or attempt to be anything other than Shiva's Kiss

plunging, plundering, pillaging our Heart,

we surrender to the fire of this Love.

 

Strewn across the sky of our longing for

this open-broken moaning into the mouth

of one another,

blue-garbled cloud thoughts

calmly pass forever through Oneheart

and our soul trembles at the immense vastness of

a sublime Beauty that beholds us,

enfolds us,

molds us delicately in sanctity

with His vibhuti ash,

scattering us into the gray lake of

an intuitively discerned

inferno that consumes everything we thought,

everything we might have held onto

or clung to in deceit of conceited concertos

from those times we forgot the all-powerful

Glance of Shiva which burns new eyes

into Seeing what Is.

 

What is, IS that i know You as my own Self.

 

There are not two speaking to you,

although appearances might give the impression

we are acting out of such a thing.

 

There is only Shiva

shifting within and grinning

from this Death's Head of Mazie & b.

 

What you hear or see or think about this,

what you believe is or is not real or clear about this,

then only This offering will clarify it completely -

 

Look into the dark Heart-Eyes of this poem and burn

as we burn every moment we are held in an eternal

embrace inside Shiva entering into Shakti,

personified brightly as Light

bursting all boundaries

of separation every time we make Love together.

 

i cannot give you this moment of Bliss we speak from.

Only Shiva can...
