Guest guest
Hi Michael: I apologize for the ambiguous wording of some of the post. i came to Jnani Yoga by way of the Raja Yoga of Patanjali and "Yoga Sutra". There are many gems there but it sometimes takes a while to get at them. It is the yoga for working with the mind if you have not been introduced to it. Your messages are equally warm and I thank you. Those slippery feelings are kind of cool. I think when enough accumulate the ah ha feeling manifests.
