Hi Greg,

 

So far it's mostly been a dialog between Dan-ji and Sri Gary Merrill-

ji... I've jumped in on occasion. Ostentibly it has a topic, but

most of the discussion has been all over the map and like Dan said,

leaning heavily toward the philosophical/conceptual rather than the

practical.

 

The map is restated again and again, using different words, using the

same words... the 'territory' has never once been touched (or, the

talk is the territory -- same difference).

I did join - I actually like all that stuff. The archives -- I see -- I sense

the dialectic energy there, but don't really know what was at issue. I see that

Gary drives it by posting stuff, then others answer. Next time he does, I'll

pitch in. Thanks!
