When I opened up your post, I was greeted with such beauty. For me, beauty to come. Both as a member of this group and in anticipation of winter. Where I live, we are at the end of the autumn now. The ground is covered with a carpet of death...the leaves are mostly fallen from the trees now. The colors are fading as they all become shades of browns. I could almost see them under the snow- covered banks near the creek in your photograph. So much like a place where I walk. Soon it will look like your photo. Thank you for the preview of attractions to come!!! To the group, I just want to say that I feel blessed to have found my way to you. Such a beautiful forest. My heart feels full.
