I am here now offering my heartfelt apologies for being obnoxious and

disruptive on this group.

Hoping that any remnents of hositily toward me for my past actions

will be forgotten.

Terribly sorry, but that would not be possible,

as you hail from Hawaii, simply can't have people

with those awful printed shirts busting in here

and making demands like these. Now if you would

consider moving to Idaho and making yourself

more presentable, say in a nice brown suit,

then your requests may, I say MAY be considered.

All paths go somewhere. No path goes nowhere. Paths, places, sights,

perceptions, and indeed all experiences arise from and exist in and subside

back into the Space of Awareness. Like waves rising are not different than

the ocean, all things arising from Awareness are of the nature of Awareness.

Awareness does not come and go but is always Present. It is Home. Home

is where the Heart Is. Jnanis know the Heart to be the Finality of Eternal

Being. A true devotee relishes in the Truth of Self-Knowledge, spontaneously

arising from within into It Self. Welcome all to a.

Dearest Alton,

Hello again and greetings and nice to see you here once more.

Here's some happy-happy from Bhagavan...

The sage's real nature is the Heart ItSelf, the Absolute.

The jnani's real nature is the Heart ItSelf, because he is One and

identical with the undifferentiated, pure consciousness, full

consciousness. Full consciousness is truly the Absolute, and there is

no absolute other than full consciousness.

The ordinary man lives in the brain unaware of himself in the Heart.

The jnani lives in the Heart. When he moves about and deals with men

and things, he knows what he sees is not separate from the One

Supreme Reality, the Absolute which he realised in the Heart as his

own Self the real.

The jnani sees no one ignorant. All are only jnanis in his sight. In

the state of Wisdom the jnani sees nothing separate from the Self.

The Self is all-shining and only pure Wisdom. He sees them as not

separate from the true, the real with which he is One.

For the jnani all three states of consciousness are equally unreal.

But the ordinary man is uanble to comprehend this because for him the

standard of reality is the waking state, whereas for the jnani the

standard of reality is reality itself. This reality of Pure

Consciousness is eteranl by its nature and therefore subsists equally

during what you call waking, dreaming, and sleep. To him who is One

with the reality, there is neither the mind nor the three states and

therefore, neither introversion nor extroversion. He is the ever-

waking state because He is Awake to the eternal Self. He is the ever-

dreaming state because to him the world is no better than a

repeatedly presented dream phenomenon. He is the ever-sleeping state,

because he is at all times without the body-am-'I' consciousness. For

the jnani the Self alone "is" and nothing else.

Alton:

My sadhana is to surrender to what ever the universe/God is offering

and see it as the purification of mind body and soul. So thanks for

what ever came through you.

Also malaho to Mazie for her warm welcome.

Tabla Rosa! an excellent beginning!

OK I'll Bite, then in leu of a change

of wardrobe, and residence then surrender

your guilt, feeling sorry for yourself

and taking everything sooo seriously

(which by the way it is, but taking it

that way makes it harder to come

to terms with how it is). Oh, by the way

the next time I say something even

remotely funny you might try smiling

jisssst a little bit, otherwise we might

have to go to tickles and I know that

don't want that!

By the way it's never, NEVER

what you expect you know,

and you don't get out without

facing yourself

and smiling.

Quite right, we all are "Table Rosas"

The source, which is who we are in reality, is always pure and

unsullied.

I did catch a bit of your wit, but mine in the past stirred up too

much attachments and because I am now on probation, {self imposed}

I am presenting a serious visage.

Seriously,

Alton

Ahhhh How quickly they forget!

Humans are the only beings

that will bargain for a drink of transcendence

from the depths of an ocean of grace.

But do not despair, Marley

you will be visited by an endless stream

of those sent to test your mettle,

the entire universe conspires

to bring us to ourselves,

once the challenge is issued.
