Guest guest
Resting in Awareness The saintly visage of Ramana Maharshi in the tattered old book beside my chair is worth far more to me than his words. My mind's eye remembers when it needs to do so. The heart of the one I love is worth more to me than what he says. Words are quickly forgotten, are they not? Sometimes I remember hat out of all the billions of people on this planet I am known and loved by only a few. They can be counted on one hand. If I were to suddenly awaken from this dream of separation, would it make a difference to those unknown billions? We hear that what happens to one happens to all. That is enough reason to try and shake myself awake all day long. Love would have me do that. Does it really matter that I remain ignorant of how successful my efforts are? My ego insists that it does...but what does it know? Vicki Woodyard http://www.bobwoodyard.com
