Truth must be narrow or be false... or is it?

Sorry, I don't accept your premise.

If I say it is true that there is one way, then that one way may be

one of a million one ways that are true.

Consider the simple geometric statement. The shortest distance

between two points is a straight line. But there may be an infinite

number of straight lines connecting those two points all parallel and

interpenetrating the same space, each unique and individual.

Given that there are approximately 6 billion people on planet earth,

that means that there are approximately 6 billion "ways", each the

perfect "one way" for that person.

You see, God is not limited; God can and does establish the best "one

way" to connect the personal and the divine in the most direct

possible fashion.

God is characterized as being omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent,

and omniactive -- or it is not God. The infinity and eternality of

the Divine dissolves boundaries in limited human thinking and

opinion. The Divine Logic is what governs truth, not human attempts

to limit the Ultimate Truth with limited logic which doesn't take

into account the nature of reality, which is multi-dimensional at the

least in a spiritual sense.

The Creator created a perfect path suited for each living being in

the Creation and that is the "one way" that is best for that

individual. The Divine Being, the Father, draws all and though an

individual may wander and stray, the Father, like the Good Shepherd

is always seeking the lost sheep. So the "one way" for each one is

the Father's Way and not humanity's definition nor is it the

theologian's way.

Yeshua said he came to save all, and that all doesn't leave anyone

out no matter how far from the truth they are. The Christos is the

Anointing and it is through the Christos that all are drawn onto

their way -- thus it is the Father which does the anointing and not

any "man whose breath is in his nostrils".

Thus your definition of "one way" and your logic is merely a human

attempt to draw others into "your" version of the truth and the one

way. But, my friend, there are many more dimensions to the truth than

you can conceive of. Touch eternity and you will see that clearly.

If you depend for your thinking upon someone else's words then you do

not have the whole picture. Through your bible and your quotations

away and encounter God directly. If you do, you won't need the book!

You will always be standing in a Holy Presence.

Consider the lilies of the field....

Dear John:

I think this is an excellent response to a difficult attitude of

restriction. But I really don't think Grady reads the responses to

his posts. He received several before and did not respond to my

memory.

Hi Bob,

That "no response" is typical of an "in the box" Christian... or

a Troll.

But the spirit moved me...

profoundly simple and simply profound meaning,

in order to get into a starbucks we need go through

the door don't we?

The shortest distance between two points is a straight

line, but your forgetting that the door to heaven CAN

be narrow.

it doesn't necessarily mean that it is broad as you

say, each person going to heaven from each of their

unique states. God views all men on one point, and

heaven on one point. so in this situation we all need

to take that path, which is straight and narrow.

this too is not in violation to geometry,
