Guest guest
Dear Toby, This is something from a Masonic newsletter. I am not a mason myself, but I *do* think that any great opposition to the Masons is probably motivated by threatened Christian beliefs. Radical fundamentalists are not just Muslims as some people may believe. Remember the crusades and always take into account the motivation and affiliations of anyone critcising another's beliefs. Namaste, Shawn ******************* I challenge each of you to resolve to practice what you have learned in masonry; to promote brotherhood, not only among masons but in all associations. No, we cannot compel others to act with consideration for others, but we can set an example. And, we can do it without sacrificing our own beliefs. Each of us should resolve to treat our fellow man as we would be treated, with courtesy and affability. We do not have to bow to antagonistic confrontation nor do we have to become a part of it. All we have to do is act like masons should act. http://www.la-mason.com/webdoc2.htm
