Guest guest
Namaste All, Yes the Catholics have the Sacrament or Rite of Extreme Unction, which is given at near death and even after death before any funerals or anything like that. It is essentially to relax the entity, let it know it is dead, and move on. Probably to the Catholic group as Hindus would go to the Hindu Astral etc. With luck I will be not in need of any group of souls hahahah,,,,,,,ONS...Tony. In Hinduism, Shraddha is not done to let the person know he died. Actually, no Hindu believes that a person can ever die. Shraddha is done so the journey to the other world and life there is smooth.
