Namaste,IMO,

Anger etc are just emotions, and that is energy and has no name. We

give it a title and a function depending on the state of our mind.

We savour our emotions, instead of observing them, we indulge in them

and the attachment, whether it by joy or grief it is a feeling.

Some people indulge in grief, anger etc for it many be the only

emotion that has a strong feeling for them.........ONS....Tony

yes tony,

simply shades of colors

of the big self reflecting

differently in each of us

i am not bathed in the perfect white yet

still a little spread

harmoniously spread i guess from

blue to red

btw

i have been trying no to use

"eddy words" like:

vibrations, energy, levels, etc

to see how i could manage without them

their meaning being too wide

and as you say rightly

"that is energy and has no name"

(i admit my "color" is as vague energy)

in peace

eric
