Guest guest
for the crying i found the source in the chest at the time of "schindler's list" (i had to, you see i was starting to look like a wimp in front of family everytime they would play it -and they played it!-) and shutting down not too difficult; and owing to this work followed a whole train of observations about detachment and what's real in an emotion (thank you again stephen spielberg) (i say again because of the blue fairy in ai) then very recently i found the source of sneezing; i mastered it! i can actually stop a starting sneeze!! (it is between palate and back nose) would you believe it??? but i have yet to find what attachments are linked to the origin of sneezing:-)))))) (big laugh!) eric ps: next i work on the origin of sight and sound like avalokiteshvara

It was such a blessing to feel touched so strongly. Once the decision was made the technique came. I have to sneeze though. That is a big one. Control of the breath is a good one. Bobby G.
