In fact, Kundalini is part of our soul organ. So, as human, we have at least 3 kind of consciousness: Physical (the centre is brain), Soul (Jiva) and Spirit (Atman). So, eventhough our brain is not aware, our soul and our spirit always aware about Kundalini. This brain and mind is not a good tool to understand something non physical, something beyond the five senses organ. Our heart and Inner Heart is the best tool to understand this kind of matters. I am a Kundalini practitioner since 1998 and I am blessed to experience instant and safe Kundalini awakening through the shaktipat of Reiki Tummo. I can feel clearly the flow of my Kundalini energy 24 hours a day, bursting out of my Crown chakra continuously. The bursting energy can even be sensed by simple scanning the bursting energy up to 2 meters above my head. If this constinuous energy is not from Kundalini, then I will be in danger condition of lossing energy just within several hours. The main benefit I experience with Kundalini is in helping to cleanse and open my heart and strengthening my heart connection with The Divine. I am not interested in psychic power as commonly saught by many Kundalini practitioner. The biggest power is consciousness and that can only be achieved with more Open Heart >______________________ > >Message: 11 > Tue, 27 May 2003 18:07:00 -0000 > "devianandi" <devi >Re: Kundalini is very important for Self Realization > >devi: so, now you made a window for me to ask the next question...i >am assuming your an expert on kundilini and self-realiztion,,what i >am wondering is if you can manipulate your kundilii still even after >self-realization...i just had that one powerful experience and i'm >wondering if i can get it again and again??? >thanks you >devi Once you attain Self Realization, your Kundalini will help you grow even more to attain the so called Cosmic Consciousness and the function of Kundalini energy in this case is to unite us as micro aspect (microcosmos) with the Cosmic as the Macrocosmos (Macroaspect). This is in fact a very important step of attaining Yoga or Union with the The True Source. Only Kundalini and The blessings of God, Divine Spurce that will make this possible. Without the support of Kundalini energy, it is impossible for human to attain higher level of consciousness. So, Kundalini is very important to help open our heart and strengthening the connection between our heart and the Divine. That is the most useful benefit of Kundalini in my case.
