Guest guest
Namaste Eric et al, I have found nothing is said or happens that isn't supposed to or hasn't happened already. It just learning for our conscious awareness. You ask me about gurus and how my sadhana goes. I did have a guru but he turned out a fraud. It did me a favour though for I now don't surrender anything to any just bodily form. I really believe many paths are circular or go at best go to the river but don't cross. One has to take total responsibility for the effort to try and realise, not forgetting to surrender at the same time. Nishkarma karma. Prana in some of the Upanishads is regarded as the 'Self', almost. This is what Kundalini worshippers are doing. The mind is tethered to prana, there is only prana and karma in manifestation. So to me K is cleansing prana through the kosas and doesn't bring realisation but raises awareness if accompanied by spiritual disciplines of some kind. I'm still thinking on this subject anyway. It is your own belief system that marks the path for you. If you really believe/have faith in humpty dumpty, that will work as well. It is all about concentration and withdrawal of the senses etc-------- -Yoga. Enquiry can be 'Who am I?', neti neti etc. The Inner Guru is ones own Self. In the end result 'God' does nothing but provide the energy and opportunity. Karma does the rest, although I do admit to interference by a living Jivanmukta for they are a bridge so to speak. This is at certain stages for certain people but it is only temporary for in the end one has to do it oneself. I think hahahahahah Om Namah Sivaya.......Tony. Namaste E et al, How would you translate this? I am interested to hear your opinion. Ananda Veethi.... Ammachi....Amritanandamayi. The Divine Mother with bright, gentle, hands, Caressed my head, With bowed head, I told Mother, That my life is dedicated to Her. Smiling, She became a Divine Effulgence, And merged in me, My mind blosomed, Bathed in the many-hued Light of Divinity, And the events of millions of years gone by, Rose up within me, Thenceforth, Seeing nothing as separate from my own Self, A Single Unity, and merging in the Divine Mother, I renounced all sense of enjoyment.
