Hi Benjamin,

I also have an engineering background, metallurgical research to

aerospace and systems analysis, and I find that the engineering mind

is often one which is most open to looking at alternatives, looking

deeper as it were. That I think keeps me from being a "joiner",

except in the largest sense.

 

It is most curious that the physicists and the astrophysicists both

have this sense of wonder: physicists at the microcosm and the

astrophysicists at the macrocosm!

Hi John,

 

Yeah, I want to dispel the notion that engineers are too dull

to have a spiritual side! Actually, I'm a failed physicist. I was

either too lazy or too dumb to make it at that, take your pick!
