Guest guest
One can only see the masks of others through one's own mask. That is the amazing wonder of it. When one transcends one's own mask, others masks disappear as well. That is the essence of all love and beauty and truth. If one embraces God, one cannot remain separate as the one who is embracing and experiencing God. In the embrace of God, the true beloved, only God remains as Love ItSelf. Guest guest
Indeed dear Harsha! Beautifully said! In fact, all my understanding of others, of other's love, hatred, generosity, jealousy etc are the understanding of my own love, hatred, generosity, and jealousy. All I know is only what I have in my mind. What I see as your mask is in fact mine. My understanding of any feeling is authentic only when it is or becomes mine. Is there a world outside of my own mind? Gnyanis, as they have no identity with a limited self (no mask) engulf all and they understand us better than we do! Thank you for this wonderful post. om gurave namah suriharsha (AT) cox (DOT) net wrote: One can only see the masks of others through one's own mask. That is the amazing wonder of it. Guest guest
Love whispers once . . . And lives for a time in the soft echo of her own voice . . . In shadow faces and forms . . . In the beginning and end of all her dreams Oh Love, unspoken mystery . . .
